The ’99-’00 St. Louis Blues are yet another higher seed to take care of business via a sweep to move onto the 2nd Round. The Blues’ goaltender Roman Turek was incredible in the series posting just a 1.25 GAA and a .958 SV%, but he does have a good defense in front of him. A defense including Chris Pronger and Al MacInnis, yikes. Forwards Scott Young and Pavol Demitra, may he rest in peace, lead the Blues in points with five each with both players tallying three goals and two assists.

As for the ’74-’75 Kansas City Scouts, they did not have much of a chance in this series. They were outscored 21-5 in the four games and had to use three different goaltenders. However, goaltender Denis Herron did post good numbers when he was given time. He posted a 2.50 GAA and a .930 SV%. Offensively, wingers Robin Burns and Wilf Paiement led the way with three points each. Burns totaled one goal and two assists and Paiement posted two goals and one assist.
